My name is Haley Killough and I've been working for All-Clean USA for 10 months. I was born and raised in Jonesboro, AR, and went to high school at Crowley's Ridge Academy in Paragould. From there, I went to Crowley's Ridge College and Arkansas State University and got a B.A. in Communications Studies and Sociology. I currently work in marketing for All-Clean USA and have been privileged to work alongside supportive colleagues who give me room to grow my skills and knowledge.

What is your All-Clean origin story?

I graduated from Arkansas State University in December of 2023. I began searching for jobs and was pleasantly surprised to find out that All-Clean had an open marketing position. I started with All-Clean in January of 2024 and the rest is history!

What are your hobbies?

I love to read, go for a run, watch scary movies, and most of all: travel! I love to take road trips and explore new places.

What is your favorite part of working at All-Clean?

My favorite thing about All-Clean USA is that they have provided me with room and resources to grow in my experience and knowledge of the restoration and marketing industries. I have been able to improve my skills in creating graphics, organizing events, ensuring a good public image, and interpersonal communication.

What’s your favorite way to spend a day off?

With my family and friends doing an activity together like cooking, shopping, playing games, or just relaxing.

What causes are you passionate about?

I am passionate about reducing plastic waste, keeping our planet clean from trash, and finding ways to recycle things so that our country can be more sustainable.

Go skydiving, live in a big city, and explore Italy and Greece.

Who or what inspires you in your career?

My parents inspire me because, in everything they do, they do it with diligence, honesty, and lots of hard work. I try my best to model that in my work.

What is a funny story that you have from your time at All-Clean?

At the Jonesboro office, we have a fake spider toy that gets passed around the office. The spider gets hidden around the office in hopes of scaring someone. There have been quite a few times that I have come into my office to see it staring at me from somewhere in the room... for someone with a fear of spiders, it never fails to make my heart stop for a second.
