The Emergency Agreement gives clients the tools they need to be fully ready and prepared to assess and control their property risks. It also provides for immediate response by personnel who have an absolute commitment to getting the property back online as quickly as possible, no matter what the type or scale of damage.
When damage to the agreed property occurs, ALL-CLEAN USA will have full staff on-site within 24 hours.

ALL-CLEAN USA has partnered with our commercial large loss division - National Disaster Solutions (NDS) - to provide a cutting-edge disaster preparedness software platform for our clients: the PRIME Promise. The PRIME Promise is a no-charge emergency response software platform that provides access to the new NDS Emergency Response app (ERP). The app allows clients to upload a chain of command contact list, critical systems, and logistical challenges for each facility. The app is customizable to the client's needs and can also include floor plans, important facilities documents, agreements, rate sheets, communication trees, and more.
Clients that utilize our PRIME Promise program will receive priority service in the event of any disaster. All of the features of the app allow our team to respond to disasters quickly by utilizing critical facility information which leads to a better recovery experience. This means that we can easily digitally navigate through any facility after a disaster has occurred and even reference back to what the property looked like pre-disaster by utilizing 3D imaging of critical systems. Using our Matterport camera system, we can save a 3D blueprint of your facility for a future date when it may be needed. We will assist you in preparing and planning for the possibility of severe damage to your facility.
