My name is Jerry Stanfill and I've been working for All-Clean USA for 14 years. I graduated from Marion High School and currently live in Marion, AR. I have been an active Member of the Marion Fire Department for 20 years. I am currently the General Manager of All-Clean USA’s Jonesboro office. I have a construction background which has brought me to this position. I often travel to our large loss jobs across the country for our sister company, National Disaster Solutions, when needed. We have dedicated employees who allow all of this to be possible and an owner, Brett Overman, who believes in his staff.

Spending time on my property in northern Arkansas on the tractor.

What causes are you passionate about?

Mental health for first responders.

What’s the career highlight that you’re most proud of?

I have had the chance to experience New York City after the 9/11 attack on the Trade Centers. I was working at Ground Zero with a restoration company while clean-up and recovery efforts were in progress.

Who or what inspires you in your career?

My wife - she has always been patient and inspired me to push on. Also, having an owner like Brett Overman who trusts in and stands behind his employees in their decisions makes my career truly enjoyable for me.

What is a funny story that you have from your time at All-Clean?

Walking into a vacant building after dark with medical mannequins raised up in the training beds… I had to do a double-take on that one.

What is your All-Clean origin story and how did you meet Brett Overman?

I first met Brett Overman through a mutual friend in Louisiana after a hurricane had damaged several schools. From that point, I went to work for Brett and All-Clean USA at our Memphis location. I then transferred shortly after that to our Jonesboro office where I am currently the General Manager. I have worked on several large losses across the country for Brett Overman and our sister company National Disaster Solutions while maintaining operations at our local office.
