Meet the Team - Introducing Nate Hess
My name is Nate Hess. I have been working at All-Clean USA for over 12 years. I was born and raised in Little Rock, Arkansas. I moved and attended junior high and high school at Greenbrier. I first began my work at All-Clean as a Water Technician 12 years ago. I was eager to learn and do whatever was asked of me. I slowly moved up to the Water Supervisor. Then, I was the supervisor for the contents side - learning along the way about mold remediation, the repair side of the jobs, and how to write estimates. Now, I’m the Project Manager overseeing day-to-day operations and completing repairs to damaged homes, seeing them completely through the repair phase of the job. I have been privileged to work with many talented individuals along the way who have taught me and pushed me to grow professionally. I'm learning every day, trying to get better, and improving at my job.
