Meet the Team - Introducing Jeff Johnson
My name is Jeff Johnson and I came aboard with All-Clean USA 2 years ago. I'm from North Little Rock, AR - where I was born, raised, and currently live. My beautiful wife, Abi, and I have 4 children; Alex (25), Sydney (24), Luke (18), and Westin (11). Before my life began at All-Clean, I most recently worked in management at the Little Rock Convention and Visitors Bureau and in sales at the Little Rock Marriott. During high school and through college, I was introduced to the restoration business by working at Stroud Fire and Water Damage, which was one of the original pioneers of fire and water damage in Arkansas. I'm proud to be part of All-Clean and look forward to what the future has to offer!!

2 years.

General Manager at our Hot Springs office.
What are your hobbies?
Spending time with family, grilling/smoking/cooking for get-togethers, trout fishing, and currently planning a baby shower!
What is your favorite part of working at All-Clean?
Being able to help people who have just had their lives disrupted and turned upside down due to an unfortunate event beyond their control. Being able to console and consult a person in need and be a part of "rebuilding" their life is a special feeling.

I like the Arkansas Razorbacks and the St. Louis Cardinal's baseball team.

“Well done is better than well said.” – Benjamin Franklin
What’s your favorite way to spend a day off?
Anything with my family.
What causes are you passionate about?
I care about a lot of causes and like to think I have big heart. My main cause I've been passionate about the past 25 years has been raising and driving my children to be the best they can be and to be honest, caring, decent human beings.
What’s the career highlight that you’re most proud of?
I haven't hit my career highlight yet, so it's yet to be determined. I'll let you know what it was at my retirement party.
What piece of advice or motto do you live by?
A few things I've always told my kids:
- Read the room!
- Think first, speak later.
- It's hard to soar like an eagle when you're surrounded by turkeys.
What’s on your bucket list?
Buy a cabin on the river with plenty of acreage in North Arkansas and trout fish at will.
Which famous person in history would you want to spend the day with? (Dead or Alive)
Selfishly, I'd say Elvis Presley. I just have so many questions. Although, having the ability to spend the day with anyone, the right answer would be someone who could change the state of the world for the better with their leadership and wisdom. Maybe Abraham Lincoln?
Who or what inspires you in your career?
The idea of being part of a growing and successful company.
What is a funny story that you have from your time at All-Clean?
Again, I'll wait for my retirement party to answer this one.
What is your All-Clean origin story?
I was first approached by my friend Danny-Joe Crofford about a possible opportunity with All-Clean. He did a great job painting the picture and after meeting several times with Burle Fortenberry and getting to know him, I was getting excited about the opportunity. After several phone calls with Brett Overman, I fell in love with the idea of being a part of an already established and successful company that has unlimited possibilities.
